Can my bank help me pay my phonebill?

My mobile phone was cut off they tried to get the direct debit but there was no money in my account and my overdraft probably couldn't cover it. I really need my phone on soon as I was thinking maybe the bank could pay then charge me up intil my payday which is in 7 days. Could they do this?
