Dealing with gossip at work?

It's a sad part of life but unfortunately you will deal with this is pretty much every workplace. Keep your head up and out of it. Best bet is to carry on as if you never knew and do the best job you can do. If these ladies are older they could be jealous of your youth...women like that will find ANYTHING to complain about so don't feel bad. Just ignore
