Ok well if this is real I think there is away to get hold of police on computer. Did u not get you phone in the end? Your best bet is to have the baseball bat with you and just turn all volume off on your PC an sit somewhere hidden in the basement, then if he comes down you are protected, but just wait till he leaves then call the police, dont make yourself known to him, keep out of his way. You will be fine.
