I dont know what to do?

ive been with this guy for 19 months now, without counting the many break ups we've had. he's the jealous kind, he doesnt like dancing and i love it, i havent danced since i met him because he wont take me or will get mad if i go wit my girlfriends. the relationship only gets worst, now he screams at me, he curses, he hurts my feelings then comes bak apologizing saying he didnt mean it.. i forgive him and next day same **** happens. at this point i have no idea what to do. im so tired of being hurt i truly am. so many things have happend with him!...since he started working two jobs we dont see each other that much and he doesnt make timee for meee, its all about him him him, he says i dont understand him, but i do and i also understand he can have at least 2 hrs a week to hang out with me :(... please giveeeeeee m your adviceeeeeeeeee.hes 19 and im 16.
