Does anyone know where i can get my dog neutered for low cost or free if possible?

We don't know your area, so in addition to calling shelters, try looking in craigslist. There are many vets in my area that offer very low cost S/N. An easy way to figure out if he's been fixed - pick up his tail and look for dangly things
