Can you get pregeant when your on your periods with your implant?

I not sure but they would not be ur periods but some type of bleeding .... many women experience full 9 months periods like (bleeding) in pregnancy so anything is possible .... m having very light/less watery periods these days n hoping im pregnant ... dunno whats happening
