What do I wear to an 8 grade dance?

I'd wear the first one, just make sure that the whites are simliar. If they're not close, then you won't look good and then I'd have you wear the 2nd one. Anyways, they both sound pretty cute. I'd also wear the first top with a pair of jeans (I know you said no jeans, but just hear me out) you could wear it with a LOT of jewelry and maybe some really nice shoes.I gurantee that it'll still look dressy.
