WHATS WRONG WITH MEEE !!!?

for over a month my stomach has been hurting every day, the last few days it has gotten worse. also my boobs have been hurting and are hard that's beeen happening for over a month. so the nurse told me to take a preg test and it came out negative. she tolld me that it could be wrong and to take it again in two weeks ( i never did the second one) so i started taken birth Control. iv beeen spotting for 8 days thought it could have been my period but its not enough blood to be one and i also recently had some mood swings. Im on week 3 of birth control. i think maybe the spotting and mood swings could be from the birth control but, whats going on with my stomach hurting for over a month and why have my boobs been hard and hurting for over a month too ? does any1 have any answers?
