Can store manager or managers short my pay check with a direct deposit?

I work at Walgreen's and they say we get payed based on every two weeks of every wednesday.. I been working there for like almost three years.. I spend so much money i get stressed and don't even check my account like i do no more because i don't wanna know i spend to much money. but anyways .. last week I worked 9 days straight and added is a total of 52 hours and this wednesday my check is only 390.00 ? 0_o that's how much i thought it usually is when i do probably between 25-30 hours .so im confused.. how do Walgreen's pay checks work?
