My dog won't stop peeing and he's already been neutered, I'm overwhelmed! What can I do?

Hi, my 5 year old dogs name is Kisses. I love him to death but he absolutely will not stop urinating! He's already been neutered, so please don't suggest that:). I am constantly picking up after him and it DRIVES ME CRAZY. When I come home from a trip or from school there's atleast 7 puddles to pick up, and they have a very strong odor. I don't know what to do!!!! I am a HUGE cleanfreak so you can imagine how much his messy puddles bother me. When I come home and see his puddles everywhere I just want to cry, it's just way too overwhelming for me to handle. But, I've grown to love him too much to get rid of him, and he's my best friend so I can't. So, please don't suggest getting rid of him. Please leave your comments and suggestions, anything that will help me. PLEASEEEEE PLEASEEEEEE HELP MEEE, I'm way too overwhelmed. HELP PLEASE!! Thankyou so, so, so, so much!!! :)
