Prom soonn helpp meee spot :\?

about 1 week till promm .. big spot on nose that ive already had for about 3 weeks :\ it was small but quite *** now.. howto make it go without popping.. i currently just wash face day nd night nd drinking 100's of bottles of water! .. thank you
