What happens when there is no more white foam from hydrogen peroxide ?

my first question is that everytime i apply hydrogen peroxide on my scabs they dont bubble up white foam anymore. and also my scab is about to fall off kindof but i can see that my skin is not fully healed underneath PLEASE HELP MEEE oh and thank you
