Who looks after the peasants of England?

It's not the wealthy Conservatives, They just want to get richer .The Labour Party imported more peasants than the country could handle. The Monarchy dismisses them with a wave of a hand, the Liberal Party is too busy jostling for middle England and the Communist party is dead. The Church pleading poverty but draped in gold and priceless adornments for the Royal wedding. Who speaks for the working class peasant?
