How do i let this girl go?

ive been in the same bolt my self and it is hard cos even tho i tryed i couldn't take me mind off this girl the only thing i did was i got offered like 12 hours a day at work for 3 weeks in a row and it took me mind off it a little bit but after a while i did get over it but at first i never fort i would off done it will just take time
